- A Million Little Lawsuits. Looks like we've entered a never-ending publishing/fiction vs. non-fiction/truth vs. lies scandal. Now two readers, Jimmy Floyd and Susan Gardiner, are accusing publishers Random House and Nan Talese of gross negligence for failing to fact-check Frey's supposed "brutally honest" account of addiction. Oh, what tangled webs we weave...etc.
