The Scales Of Justice march on and Irving (Lewis "Scooter" Libby) isn't having a very good week. Irv wants a Plame identity source revealed and the court said NO in a big way (WaPo here) "But Walton said the source's identity is not relevant, and there is no reason to sully the source's reputation because the person faces no charges."
