"State Sen. Gary Siplin denied any wrongdoing Tuesday following his arrest last week on charges of using employees on the state payroll in his Senate re-election campaign in 2004.... Siplin, 51, did tell reporters that he apologized for running out the back door of his office and leaping over a fence last week when Orlando media sought comment from him. He said he should have given them a "no comment" like he did Tuesday."
