James Tobin, who recently was convicted in the casem, that's who. The dirty tricks-bag is not new and not just for the GOP. However, with all the questions around fairness in voting since Bush hit the scene, this is especially juicy:

The national Republican Party, which paid millions in legal bills to defend Tobin, says the contacts involved routine election business and that it was "preposterous" to suggest the calls involved phone jamming.
