Who's Sorry Now? Not Ramzan Kadyrov, Chechnya's Muslim pro-Moscow Prime Minister. What an idiot. He's a kiss-ass and a hypocrite. And caught on a cellphone camera. Hah. And supposedly a family man. Worse, someone may have more incriminating pictures of him involved in a murder. What a dope.

The scandal is potentially embarrassing for President Vladimir since the Kremlin has chosen Mr Kadyrov as its point man in the strife-torn republic. Mr Kadyrov's aides have laughed off the grainy video of a man identical in appearance and voice to him in a sauna with two prostitutes, as a "provocation"."
