Just a quick point on "esteemed" Intelligence Czar John Negroponte, the old Iran-Contra guy himself. Check out some of his history and know that he's the guy behind the ill-fated TIA. Oh, and Hayden was his 2nd in command, prior to appointment to head the CIA. Oh, and they were connected with John Poindexter who wanted to run a Terrorist Futures trading desk (no kidding) out of the Pentagon. Oh, and they will make sure that Intelligence will end up under the DoD.
