Who's Apologizing Now?
Apparently not Mr. Garcia of Peru. Hugo Chavez wants Garcia to apologize for remarks made that alienated just about everyone.
Here: "Accept your defeat in silence. Don't ask me to apologize for something arising from interference and remarks that are unacceptable under international law," Garcia told local radio from Brazil."
