Looks like Mr. Bush is going to make a total U-turn on global warming.

Hey, he's not going to let Al Gore upstage him on this one. Plus, there's gold in them thar hills as it relates to renewable energy sources.

"After years of trying to sabotage agreements to tackle climate change he is drawing up plans to control emissions of carbon dioxide and rapidly boost the use of renewable energy sources....Environmentalists expect the measures to fall far short of what is needed, but say this does not matter.
