Sorry, no one's reading that resume you sent

Get a clue.

This isn't new news, that computers do all the sorting out of resumes. But the cool technology of the late 1990's may actually be turning on businesses. Resume submissions are down. Good potential employees and good potential employers are NOT meeting up in cyberspace. Could this be true of those dating sites as well....hmmmmm.

"They tell me they'd rather just come to a job fair or try to drop by human resources for a face-to-face meeting," says a hiring manager in West Palm Beach. "They feel sending in a resume is a huge waste of time"
