Who's the worst congress ever?
The 109th, for sure. For a bunch of Family Values guys we've never seen so much sex perversion in public office! Jeez, what a mess. These guys (and gals) must be sex-starved, victims of sex abuse....whatever it is that creates the sleezy behavior we've been witness to.
Add that to the criminal behavior - fraud, lying, cheating the taxpayers, etc. and, well, who's got time to govern?
