RT: Governor dodged a wave -- Leaving for a Mexican trade trip Wednesday, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said Tuesday's election was a mandate for Republicans and Democrats to continue working together to address issues ranging from the health care to prison construction. The Republican governor said he was "over the moon" with happiness about his 17-point victory over Democrat Phil Angelides and the success of the bond measures he backed.
