Charlie Sheen sells Brando's apology

Who's making $$$ on apologies now?

A simple "sorry" would have sufficed, but that's not the way Marlon Brando liked to make amends.
Now Charlie Sheen is selling a letter of apology the acting icon sent him after missing his 26th birthday.
"I'm feeling like a very large turd on a very thin stick," wrote Brando in 1991.

"I'm holed up in bed and taking everything from sled dog urine to powdered East Indian vulva."
So I suppose that means he was sick?

"I'm sure it will be a kick in the ass, and I hate to miss it - Happiest of birthdays to you, Charlie."
The handwritten letter, signed "Love, Marlon," has a reserve of $1,000 on the auction house Web site
Lelands.com. No word on whether Denise Richards gets half.
