Rummy OK'd Torture at AbuGhraib

Duh. And supposedly there's a letter with his signature on it.
Like most of us hadn't figured this out. Does anyone really think it was 6 or 7 "rogue" soldiers on the night shift who acted out? Or even the mercenaries, er, contractors. Janis Karpinsky is speaking out in Europe...bet they wish she'd shut it, and quick.
MADRID (Reuters) - Outgoing Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld authorized the mistreatment of detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, the prison's former U.S. commander said in an interview on Saturday.
Former U.S. Army Brigadier General Janis Karpinski told Spain's El Pais newspaper she had seen a letter apparently signed by Rumsfeld which allowed civilian contractors to use techniques such as sleep deprivation during interrogation.
