DeLay Gets Court to Halt, Void Subpoenas
Tom DeLay is not sorry, not apologizing, and not going away. Never to be counted out. This guy - love him or hate him - is absolute teflon...everything falls off and he's never down for the count. "The Third Court of Appeals panel in Austin, Texas, also said that several subpoenas issued by Travis County District Attorney Ronnie Earle are null and void because DeLay's trial is on hold." Ronnie Earle is not down for the count either, however. He's got something up his sleeve. They play way hardball down there in the great State of Texas...afterall, this is where "Bullseye" Cheney shot a supporter, Mr. Whittington, and Mr. Whittington was the one that apologizes...stay tuned.
