Paris Hilton was out on the town on Thursday in Hollywood but didn't comment on the anti-Lindsay Lohan rant Brandon Davis let loose with against her rival while she laughed it up.

But Joe Francis, the creator of 'Girls Gone Wild' was at the hotspot 'Hyde' with some choice words from his cocky pal Davis, reports TMZ.
The gist - he said that Brandon had called Lindsay and apologized.
