Y'know, the GOP and the righties are digging the whole deeper and deeper for themselves on immigration. We can't tell you what a blunder this issue is for them...and continues to be.
The cable channels are TRYING to foment a "backlash" effect for the immigrants who marched and the Dems etc. Not going to work. This system is broken because WE broke it. All of us. Businesses who hire, lack of enforcement at the border and with businesses, low prices for everyone, etc.
NOW Think Progress has a terrific post on the Spanish National Anthem flap...turns out the US commissioned a Spanish language Anthem in 1919. Jeez.
