Whoa. Some hot stuff going around about this interview. We're standing back and observing two things:
1. Headlines of the event - if you LIKE Clinton, it's Clinton Stands His Ground Against Fox. If you HATE Clinton, it's Clinton Goes Crazy on Fox.
2. Sandbagging guests seems to be the new trend in media on both sides. Interviews are set up to talk about one thing and the subject switches. In Chris' case he pleads the ol' "I just asked...and he went nuts" routine. But no. This is the new new tactic. And FOX is getting especially famous for it.
What's going on here is that the MSM needs interviews and guests. They book people who might spice up their ratings - and then sandbag them. Mostly RED channels do this, but the BLUE's don't get off scott free.
