Sen Warner opposes surge

The Republicans are finally pushing back on the insane surge concept, which we know is an escalation.

Readers know the drill:
those troops are there to protect the building of the oil fields and the mega military bases - also to be positioned for invasion into Iran, if necessary. Delusional, we know, but there it is.

Let's hope some politicians' conscious are bothering them: Congressional Republicans pushed back Monday against President Bush's decision to increase troop strength in Iraq, some voicing opposition while others urged holding the administation and Iraqi government more accountable for the war effort. (Sen John Warner) "I personally, speaking for myself, have great concern about the American G.I. being thrust into that situation, the origins of which sometimes go back over a thousand years," Warner said.
