That would be the CLIENTS on the lists- 40 lbs of lists! And it turns out that attorneys for some of those clients want those lists! Why? Because apparently many prominent politicans, lobbyists, and other persons of note. We can't wait for this to get hot-hot-hotter!

WAPO Kessler's ruling prohibits Palfrey from any actions "that would affect the availability" of any documents that would identity clients. The order leaves open a few avenues that Palfrey's attorneys could attempt to use. Selling copies of the records or giving them away, for instance, might not affect their availability to prosecutors. Such questions could be addressed at Monday's hearing.
