Looks like each administration gets their own 'Monica". We had the famous (for 15 min) Monica Lewinsky during the Clinton Administration; and now Monica Goodling during the Bush Administration.
She's on CSPAN today answering questions about her role in the US Attorney firings.
WASHINGTON - The Justice Department's former White House liaison denied Wednesday that she played a major role in the firings of U.S. attorneys last year and blamed Deputy Attorney General Paul McNulty for misleading Congress about the dismissals.
