Mayor John M. Fabrizi. This elected official is really something. This time he's apologizing for defending a rapist. Last year he apologized for using cocaine. Wow. What a mayor!

Mayor John M. Fabrizi apologized Wednesday for speaking on behalf of a 22-year-old man convicted of having sex with a 13-year-old girl and impregnating her twice.... Last year, Fabrizi admitted to using cocaine and abusing alcohol while serving as mayor.
