Barack Hussein Obama could become your next President. Bob Kerry thinks that's neat-0 because there are 1billion Muslims on the planet....wait, what? So what's he apologizing for? Oh....that's not REALLY a compliment. No, that's a back handed dig at Obama's upbringing.

Former Nebraska Sen. Bob Kerrey has apologized to Barack Obama for any unintentional insult he committed by raising the Democratic presidential candidate's Muslim heritage while endorsing rival candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton. Kerrey sent a letter to Obama on Wednesday, lauding the Illinois senator's qualifications to be president and saying that he never meant to harm his candidacy. Kerrey told The Associated Press in a telephone interview that he sent the letter on his own and had not spoken to Clinton or her campaign about the comments he made Sunday in Iowa.

Northwest Airlines for discrimination against Muslims:

Northwest Airlines apologized on Wednesday to 40 American Muslims who were barred from a recent flight to Detroit, but denied it discriminated against the group, which was returning from a Hajj pilgrimage.

"The passengers were accommodated on the next available flights to Detroit," Northwest said. "We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the passengers."

Rep. Virgil Goode has ‘No Intention Of Apologizing’

Who's NOT ABOUT TO apologize now?

That would be Congressman Virgil Goode, who's clearly dug in his feet on his anti Muslim stance.

Rep. Virgil Goode (R-VA) is under fire for a virulently anti-Muslim letter sent to constituents earlier this month. In the letter, Goode says, “I fear that in the next century we will have many more Muslims in the United States” if we do not adopt “strict immigration policies.” He references the election of Muslim Rep.-elect Keith Ellison (D-MN), and warns “American citizens” to “wake up” or “there will likely be many more Muslims elected to office.”

Last night, the Council on American-Islamic Relations said the letter “sends a message of intolerance” and called on Goode to apologize.

In an interview today with ThinkProgress, Goode’s press secretary Linwood Duncan declared that Goode has “no intention of apologizing.”
