Who's Sorry Now?

The Year of the Apology marches on. Our readers selected Mr. Whittington as Best Apology of February 2006. It is sad, though, that Whittington apologized for getting shot and Cheney, the Drunk, never really apologized for firing the shot. (CNN here)
