Pat may be alot of things, but he's spot on with what he's putting forth about this: "Because Bush shuttles back and forth between these two visions in conflict, his foreign policy takes on an aspect of incoherence." Don't shoot the messenger. It's an accurate assessment of the idiot in charge.
